Working as a Principal Architect at Adobe, helping enterprise customers understand and capture value from the shift to agentic AI — specifically within the Adobe CX Enterprise platform and the broader AI agent ecosystem.

Current focus

• Shaping customer roadmaps around Adobe CX Enterprise's agentic AI capabilities — agent orchestration, autonomous journey execution, and real-time decisioning at scale
• Translating AI-agent concepts into concrete business value for enterprise stakeholders: use case prioritisation, ROI framing, and readiness assessments
• Building patterns for how brands move from rule-based automation to AI-driven, goal-oriented customer experiences
• Working through the architectural implications of agentic pipelines on data governance, consent, and identity within "legacy" Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe CX Enterprise platform
